We are partnered with a well-established and global retail organisation who are currently seeking a Sole Payroll Manager on a 12 month basis to cover maternity.
This role will be based remotely with 2 days a week in the London office.
Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Coordinate UK, EMEA and APAC payroll processes on a monthly and bi-weekly basis
* Liaise with multiple payroll providers to coordinate monthly global payroll
* Maintain sickness records, calculate and process maternity/paternity pay
* Implement necessary salary changes
* Coordinate information for the pension scheme and salary sacrifice scheme
* Payroll journals/payroll balance sheets
Experience required for this role is as follows:
* Confident working within a sole role
* UK and global payroll experience
* ADP experience is highly desirable
