The Recruitment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the OH department’s lifecycle activities across the board.
Administration of the Occupational health appointments, day to day case management, queries, and actives.
The Main function is:
* Encourage and support the creation of a functional culture that embraces and supports Occupational Health principles and goals
* To engage with senior management to ensure full attendance to events
The admin role is the key link between the service provider, the business, and the end user. The OH service is imperative for absence management, Preplacement fit for work and Health surveillance all the employee-based services and ensures compliance with legislation and safe healthy working.
