Belgium Payroll Experience Essential
My Client a Market leader, currently have an opportunity to recruit for a Belgium Payroll Specialist to join them on a 9-12-month basis.
This role will report to the Payroll Manager and will sit within the Payroll team.
Responsibilities include but will be limited to:
* Liaising with the local payroll vendor in Belgium. (300 employees)
* Calculate payments from gross to net including statutory payments and Benefits.
* Liaise with 3rd party providers
* Assist in the streamlining of payroll processes
* Liaise with senior leadership team regarding payroll queries & deadlines
Experience required:
* Experience of Belgium payroll processing
* Exposure to liaising with 3rd party providers
* Cloud pay exposure is desirable
* Strong work ethic, team player & good communication
