This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of the Health Assured Bids team, within a company who are market leaders in their field. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the business produces consistently high quality, relevant bids and proposals, on time, in line with our core values. The ability to produce accurate, tailored, highly professional documents with engaging content, in line with business needs is essential. Fully funded training will be provided for the APMP Certification Program, to include ‘Foundation’, ‘Practitioner’, and ‘Professional’ certification (includes training agreement).
day to day responsibilities
1 Monitoring emails and portals for new tender opportunities as they arise and notifying the team.
2 Downloading all tender documents, reading them, and creating a tender checklist.
3 Drafting tender and proposal responses for prospect and existing clients across the public, private and charity sectors.
4 Creating, proof reading, and editing responses, offering critical and insightful analysis.
5 Taking full ownership from inception to completion of bids allocated as lead.
6 Conducting research to enhance bids including sector research, client research, competitor research and research into the wider wellbeing market.
7 Responding to ad hoc requests for content from staff, within the business.
8 Updating the presentation deck ahead of bid presentations, providing a full briefing to key stakeholders.
9 Continuous development of the bid library including writing new case studies, proof statements and development from bid feedback.
10 Support the Head of Bid Management and wider team in developing a bid strategy for each operating sector.
11 Converting existing client intelligence and market research into compelling themes for the wider team, providing coaching where required.
12 Keeping the bid tracker up to date and accurate.
13 Proactively develop and manage a network of subject matter experts from our internal stakeholders and partnerships.
14 Development and innovation of our services in line with client requirements.

DESIRABLE skills and Competencies
1 Experience in a bidding environment or writing proposals/funding applications.
2 Degree education with achievement of at least a 2:1 in relevant field (e.g. English, Psychology, Business).
3 Knowledge of the health care, counselling or wellbeing market.
4 Able to demonstrate a commitment to career development through recent professional roles.
5 Desire to pursue excellence in a career with Health Assured.
6 Proficient in the use of Salesforce, adding leads and updating/ converting to opportunities, as required.
