Due to continued growth enjoyed by the business over recent years there is an opportunity for a Billings Administrator to join the business. This vacancy is offering up to £35,000 Dependent On Experience.
* Maintaining staff holiday records, leavers records, liaising closely with the HR department.
* Management of the credit note process on the system.
* Following month end procedures.
* Amending employee charge out rates.
* To maintain client address records and other data as required.
* Preparing monthly and annual reports.
* Relevant experience working within the professional services sector.
* Advanced IT skills.
* Star system knowledge is preferred.
* Good time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
