The Portfolio Group are recruiting an excellent opportunity for reputable business within the insurance industry looking to bring on an experience Bordereaux Accountant. The role would suit someone who has previous experience of working within the insurance industry and used to reporting into senior management as this role reports directly into the company CFO.
Overall Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, this role will perform key reviews on insurance bordereau and other inbound reporting, as well as ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of internal information from the systems. The successful candidate will have an important function in the finance team, underpinning the insurance reporting & data integrity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Review and reconciliation of monthly bordereau reports
* Validation of inbound data against key criteria
* Ad hoc reporting to underwriting and management teams
* Analysis of claims data
* Liaison with intermediaries & claims team
* Responsibility for system data integrity & validation
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in the insurance industry
* Must work well as part of a team
* Advanced data processing & excel skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively
