Field-Based Business Development Manager/Executive Opportunity

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive seeking a fresh, exciting challenge? This is your chance to join an industry leader, offering a truly transformative opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities.
* Attend and close sales meetings independently.
* Build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
* Excel in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience (industry experience not essential).
* Proficient in value-based/consultative selling.
* Capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
* Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings.
* Previous field-based experience.
