My client, a global HR company, are looking for a Field Based Business Development Manager to join an ambitious team that are passionate about Sales.
The role will entail carrying out live demos of the product with potential clients working field-based sales and negotiating pricing dependent on what the client is looking for. You will attend meetings on site and this role is suited for individuals who are high energy, target focused and has consultative ‘value based’ selling style.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Responsible for completing between 2-3 client visits per day.
* Working collaboratively with a dedicated sales consultants to ensure high performance.
* Organize and structure your ay effectively to optimize sales performance.
* Ensure pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast paced sales journey.
* To be an expert in the services provided to ensure a consultative approach to sales.
* To build effective relationships with existing customers.
* Achieving set sales targets & objectives – with a desire to exceed KPIs.
