Description:
Our client is looking for sales professionals, who are motivated and passionate about growing within the business.
You will play a vital role in the sales department, with exceptional communication skills, cold calling businesses, setting up appointments for the business development managers (BDMs) and consistently looking for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive approach
* Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
* Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions
* Continuously update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of products or services
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
