Peninsula are the leading provider of HR, Health and Safety and Employment Law advice and Consulting for SME’s in the UK and also have other offices in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Ireland. The sales team is the driving force behind their continued success and they’re now looking for an additional business sales floor manager to manage a team of sales consultants who book appointments for our field based team to go out and visit with potential clients to win that new business. They’re looking for a driven, assertive and experienced sales floor manager that can drive performance cross their outbound calling team (between 10-15 consultants), be responsible for their development and coaching alongside our sales trainer, set targets and monitor KPI’s and to continuously motivate and incentivise to guarantee their success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Sales Floor Manager:
* Conduct regular one to one performance reviews
* Provide ongoing coaching and development for all team members
* To drive and motivate the team to ensure they meet sales targets
* Ensure you have a physical presence on the floor by regular floor walking
* Monitoring, training, developing your teams
* Liaising with Field sales teams to drive co-ordination of business objectives
* Have flexibility and the ability to manage other teams when other managers are away from the business
