My client is in need of a temporary credit controller to come in on a 12 week project basis to help with an aged debt backlog.

This role will be looking to start ASAP and will be paying £10.62 per hour

* Chase customers via email & phone
* Answer outstanding queries on payments
* Investigate whether businesses have outstanding debt
* Inspection into aged debt reports to achieve targets
* Follow the pre-set chasing times for active accounts
* Reduce debt by managing the company reports and issuing payment recommendations
* Upkeep the level of customer service that is expected
* Credit checking new and existing accounts
* Distribution of statements and mailbox accounts
