Our client a luxury global retail brand is actively recruiting Credit Controller for a 9 month maternity contract. Working within an established team you will be collecting across the European and US Markets, liaising with their New York and International offices.
Working in a global business a language skill would be extremely advantageous in – ideally Spanish or Italian.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing Direct Debits
* Dealing with all cash allocations and cash postings
* Monitoring Credit Limits and working with the warehouse teams to oversee release and hold of goods where appropriate
* Contact customers to discuss overdue debts an arrange appropriate payment plans were needed
* Monthly update statements to customers and handling any payment queries for your allocated accounts and customers.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a great team with a commitment to training their employees and developing their skills in the Credit Control environment. Previous credit collections experience is HIGHLY desirable but the client will also consider an individual from a general finance or accounting background.
Italian or Spanish language skills are highly advantageous.
