Portfolio Credit Control are working with a well-known, worldwide business based in the heart of London, looking to take on an experienced Senior Credit Controller/Manager on an initial interim basis.
With the cost of living rising, the need for credit controllers are rising too – what a time to be in a management position! Although this is a managerial role, it would also be an open door for a Senior Credit Controller looking to take a progressive step into management.

Your role:
* Manage the credit control function across all centres, including proactive reminders of upcoming payments due, issue of statements, chasing arrears, recommend and initiate further recovery action, and minimise unallocated cash
* Provide analysis of prospective tenants to Leasing Executives and General Managers
* Work with lease administration, property management, and various other teams, to ensure lease data is recorded accurately on the internal finance system
* Make recommendations for credit loss provisions (based on expected credit losses and specific tenant positions) and write-offs
* Liaise with Leasing Executives and General Managers to capitalise on wider opportunities for collection of arrears
* Continue to improve production, delivery and usability of analysis and reporting, leveraging company systems

* CICM Qualification would be beneficial
* Experience carrying out credit control within commercial property
* Experience managing within credit control
