This is an opportunity for a Deputy Payroll Manager who to work for a growing organisation in stoke. Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for a team running several payrolls of over 4000+ employees.
Responsibilities
* Deputy manager, managing 8+ staff
* Assisting payroll manager with continuous improvement
* Running a full payroll full end to end
* Collation and input of all relevant information
* New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
* RTI Submissions
* Manual calculations
* P11d’s ,P60’s,P45’s
* Tax calculations
* NI, Overtime and other deductions
* Auto enrolment
* Pension deductions
* SPS
* Reconciliations
* Analysis of payroll Data and reporting
Requirements
* Proven management experience
* Continuous improvement evidence
* Excel including V look up
* Proactive approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* Manual calculation ability
* Analysis of Data
