We partnered with a multi-national organisation within the Insurance sector who are seeking a technically strong and competent EMEA Payroll & Benefits Specialist to process monthly UK and international payrolls and be responsible for benefits administrations across all regions.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Daily coordination of outsourced payrolls
* Benefits administration including childcare vouchers, salary sacrifice, PMIO, gym membership, season tick loans etc
* Liaise with the 3rd party payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing
* Payroll reconciliations
* Point of contact for a high volume of payroll queries
* Work closely with the Payroll & Benefits Manager and step up in their absence
* Assisting with P11ds
* Ensure year-end processes across all regions are completed

Experience required:

* Extensive EMEA payroll experience
* Experience of benefits administration

This is a really progressive role in a successful and growing organisation. This position longer term will be a mix of office and home based.
