Role details:
Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR division and play a part growth of the HR function. This role is vital in supporting and advising on all areas of employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers to support all areas of ER.

Working on complex ER issues, providing appropriate solution-focused recommendations and resolutions

* Provide a dedicated HR advisory service to our population of line managers and colleagues, advising on everything from absence to employee relations matters on site
* Lead, guide, coach, and mentor managers and colleagues on HR processes.
* Build harmonious relationships with Trade Union representatives to ensure working equality

What you need to succeed:

* Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to a large workforce, preferably in an operational environment
* An excellent understanding of HR processes/procedures and employment law and TUPE experience.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels Be part of something big.
