Overall Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CFO, this role will administrate the sales and purchase ledgers and perform key checks on inbound sales information. The successful candidate will assist in the day to day operation of the finance department, reconcile bank accounts and ensure functions run smoothly.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Ensure processes & procedures are documented
* Monthly processing of invoices
* Cashbook reconciliations
* Payment set up
* Assist in monthly payroll & HR administration
* Assist in review of monthly reporting from intermediaries
* Collating of quarterly board documents
* Other ad hoc administration tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

* Attention to detail
* Must work well as part of a team
* Basic data processing & excel skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively
