My client is a large multinational organisation. Based in a multilingual Payroll team you will be working on processing of the monthly payroll across the business. Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join them on a permanent basis but will also look at a language speaker with some experience.

Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will provide support to the Payroll Team by providing efficient and accurate administrative support.


* Communicating in both English and French.
* Processing payroll.
* Setting up new starts and processing leavers.
* Effectively resolving queries relating to pay.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.


* Payroll/Administration.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good systems skills including MS Excel.
* ADP beneficial.


* Full time.
* Have parking onsite.
* Stat pension.
* Life assurance 2 x sal.
