6 Month FTC – Birmingham/Remote
* Dealing with an outsourced payroll provider and assisting with running the German payrolls
* Using excel to collate information to pass across to the outsource payroll provider
* Help implement processes and procedures within payroll department to help streamline processes
* Review payroll workload and look at ways to improve accuracy and data consistency
* Various administrative duties.
* Using your Excel skills (V Lookups, Pivot Tables).
* Dealing with queries regarding German tax, benefits, etc.
* Fluent German is essential and any additional languages would be a huge bonus
