Our client is a successful and quickly growing organisation in the hospitality industry who are seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Manager to join their growing team and oversee accurate payroll delivery across the group.
This role will report into the Finance Director and will oversee a small payroll team.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* Lead and develop the team
* Oversee weekly and monthly processing of multiple UK payrolls
* Ensure payroll information is submitted to 3rd party payroll provider and ensure accurate and timely processing
* Ensuring company and regulatory requirements are complied with including holiday pay, sick pay, pensions, travel and employee benefits
* Stakeholder management
* Continuous improvement and system implementation/project management
In order to be considered for this role you will have:
* Experience in a similar role as a Payroll Manager
* Excellent people management skills
* Previous experience with payroll projects or system implementations
This role will be temporarily hybrid working with the long term view to return to the office.
