This role is crucial to the satisfaction and retention of our Partnership clients, ensuring our key partnerships are retained, understand our products fully and receive the best service possible. By working with cross functional teams across the business and leading a team of partnership account managers you will manage the core metrics linked to partnership on boarding from service implementation, onboarding, client reviews and satisfaction. As well as that, you will be project managing clients transformation projects and work closely with their internal teams.
We’re looking for somebody who has experience in working with corporate partners, building and nurturing those relationships as well as managing a team.
