A Head of Payroll is urgently being recruited for a leading brand across the UK – this is a permanent role and a newly created role for the business.
As Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for the overall processing of the payroll & daily management of the payroll team.
Day to day responsibilities will be:
* Overall responsibility for the payroll function and an inhouse payroll for 2500+ employees
* Ensuring all HMRC compliance
* Year-end closure
* Day to day management of a small team – carrying out appraisals, one to ones etc
* Leading on all payroll related projects
