An exceptional opportunity for a proven Senior Sales Leader to join an award-winning International SaaS organisation at a time of significant growth and continued investment.

You will take responsibility for leading a dynamic & large team of Business Development and Inside Sales professionals responsible for face to face and digital sales, within a fast-paced B2B market. Utilising your exceptional leadership skills, you will further develop a high-performance sales team with a focus on motivational leadership, recruitment, coaching and development of talent through to implementing highly effective training and retention initiatives.

This is a high-profile appointment and progressive career opportunity joining at Associate Director level, within a highly entrepreneurial, acquisitive, and sales-led International Group of companies, where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine in impact within the business and to drive sales and revenue growth.

* Lead and motivate a talented sales team operating within B2B SaaS sales, manage sales performance, growth strategy and remaining close to the detail of all key sales metrics.
* Implement and lead on new customer acquisition strategies in line with the companies ambitious forecasts to grow active subscribers and revenue streams, whilst identifying highly effective client retention strategies.
* Quickly assess and understand the sales process that is in place, identifying areas of strength and any potential opportunities to enhance sales performance
* Work with CEO to review performance and metrics on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
* Work closely with Sales managers, sales coaches and team leaders to ensure the effective management of the sales team, whilst driving sales metrics, conversions and overall sales performance vs target.
* Engage with stakeholders across marketing, events, internal sales teams to drive lead and revenue generation channels.
* Maximise revenue growth from referral programmes and partnership channels.
* Ensure maximum and appropriate activity of the sales team, monitoring daily performance and conversions and development of reporting suites to deliver MI to the board
* Manage both quantity and quality of sales, ensuring compliance standards and criteria are met and reported on.
* Develop the sales strategy to exceed sales targets and profitability.
* Plan, organise and present at quarterly and annual sales conferences.

What you bring to the role

* A proven track record of managing, driving and motivating a large team of business development and inside sales professionals.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, manage and monitor the sales process and pipeline.
* Proven experience in leading high performing B2B sales teams ideally with experience gained within the SaaS, Fintech, or Technology sectors.
* A strong communicator who can inspire their people, influence and engage confidently and concisely at board level.
* Experience of Salesforce would be highly derisible but not essential.
