Our award winning client and market leader within the field seek to recruit a driven and motivated Head of Inside Sales to lead a successful team of sales consultants. You will take responsibility for the management of a large team based within offices in Leicestershire and Scotland with the focus to lead, motivate and develop a team responsible for generating business appointments for a field sales team.

As a high performing sales professional you will take a pro-active approach on the sales floor, supporting and developing the sales team, ensuring all key sales metrics are delivered and driving performance. Further duties will include:

* Manage and motivate the team, pro-actively driving performance on a weekly, daily and hourly basis.
* Be active and vocal on the sales floor, paying close attention to daily sales activities.
* Provide coaching and support for team members to enhance sales performance.
* Conduct regular 1-2-1’s to review and discuss performance with team members.
* Regularly review the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data availability is optimized to drive performance , review reports and dashboards.
* Manage lead flow to ensure all leads are managed pro-actively within agreed timescales.
* Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MI on sales performance .
* Identify training requirements and work with internal sales trainer to develop training and development programmes.
* Provide regular sales and forecast reports.
