We are currently working with a company that are looking to add an HR Administrator to their HR team. This is a new role due to an exciting expansion period that the company are going through. You will be the HR admin support to roughly 600 employees based across multiple locations, including international reach.


* Ensure that internal customers receive a quality administrative service by working closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Team
* Supporting the delivery of an effective day to day colleague life cycle administration service covering processes such as joiners, changes and leavers
* Ensure all internal governance processes are followed including information security
* Manage new starter on-boarding process including offer letters, contracts of employment, reference checks etc
* Manage off-boarding process, liaising with employees, managers and payroll manager to ensure accuracy of data and smooth transition within payroll processing
* Coordinate benefits and provide advice to employees as required
* Ensuring all changes to terms and conditions of employment are undertaken
* Maintaining accurate and up to date personnel files and HR records
* Take a proactive approach to professional development for yourself, using internal and external networks and resources to advance and share knowledge

You will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards the CIPD qualification
