We are looking for a smart, experienced Payroll Administrator who can efficiently process a high volume and technical payroll in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate is someone who can work closely in a large team environment to make sure payroll is a painless, hassle-free process for multi-sited employees.
Responsibilities:
* Day to day processing of gathering and organising payroll data.
* Using various online timesheet systems.
* Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll.
* Sending of payslips.
* Submission of RTI Reports.
* Producing payment schedules for umbrella payments.
* Adding new starters to the payroll system.
* Dealing with payment advances.
* Dealing with candidate payment queries and consultant queries.
* Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator role.
* Ideally, have knowledge of the iTrent system.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Good IT skills including Excel.
* Maintain good customer service.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
