We are currently working with our Manchester City based client to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner/ Senior HR Advisor to strengthen and enhance their current HR team. The role, due to Promotion within the business, is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading professional services firm, operating on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity working with a business that has a structured progression path and multiple business opportunities. We are looking for applications at all levels and have opportunities at the HR Advisor levels as well.

Responsibilities:

* Management of key stakeholders within the business
* Employee Relations, advising managers on employee relations cases
* Supporting managers with disciplinary and grievance and investigations
* Support with reward, gender pay gap reporting
* Developing strategies, and creating and delivery of Hr policies and procedures

The person:

* Solid HR Generalist experience
* CIPD qualified
* Ideally professional service experience
