Essential requirements:

1 HRIS reports, benefits processing, hr dashboards and database management.
2 Outsourced UK & International payroll processing via external vendor.

Your new position:

* HR Information System: data entry and ensuring personnel data is correct.
* Input, maintain and update employee information on the HR database, conducting regular checks to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality is maintained.
* Joiners, Leavers, salary increases, job title changes etc.
* Outsourced payrolls: UK & international.
* Prepare, check and submit payroll(s) as required, working with the outsourced Payroll provider to ensure information is correct.
* Providing accurate appoints to the external benefits provider.
* Maintaining compensation and benefits spreadsheets.
* Prepare employee communications so that the correct information is included in an easy to understand format.
* Maintain hard copy and electronic employee records and data to assist the delivery of a best-in-class HR service.
* Creates offer letters and contracts for new employees, initiates and completes pre-employment screening
* Maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets.
* Working to provide accurate monthly reports to our benefits provider.
* A clearly evident ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the business and external payroll vendor.
* HR onboarding, contracts and offer letters.
