Our global client is looking for a HR Director/Head of People to manage & develop their people strategy including defining culture, talent acquisition planning, plus engagement strategies and building reward & benefits packages.
As HR Director/Head of People, you’ll be working closely with the CEO to define a long-term strategy that will implement how the People function will contribute to the success of the business. You’ll have complete autonomy to be innovative and to create & implement HR strategies & policies for the employee brand, talent attraction & retention, culture and D&I against the business mission.
You’ll be responsible for the management & performance of the HR team and your role will be to provide strategic support and leadership to your direct reports including designing a commercial management training programme.
This HR Director/Head of People role will require extensive experience in leading high-performance teams and managing a people and talent function in a high growth organisation.
To be successful as HR Director/Head of People, you’ll need strong commercial acumen and experience of operating across the global, ideal within retail. They are looking for someone who is pro-active leader willing to get involved and drive from the front.
You will need to be CIPD-qualified.
