As an Events Presenter you will be part of our Events & Seminars Department are responsible for delivering an engaging, practical, and informative presentation. Topics covered include Employment Law, Health & Safety and HR best practice in addition to other select topics such as Employee Assistance Programs. The Presenter will present and engage a wide variety of businesses and forums, throughout various industries, to promote Peninsula’s services to prospective clients. This role will cover mainly Munster but may cover other parts of the country when required.
The role requires the presenter to ensure that they are fully briefed on the latest developments for business owners in employment law and health and safety Management. Our key requirement is a charismatic personality and professional approach coupled with the ability to skilfully convey the effects of employment law and health and safety on employers/businesses.
* Expert communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Proven track record of conducting business seminars.
* Researching relevant developments in legislation to deliver during presentation.
* Ability to pro-actively engage an audience of any size.
* Managing the event on the day by coordinating with venues, Co-hosts, and audiences.
* Ability to generate key prospects for Peninsula sales and marketing depts.
* Always represent Peninsula in line with the company’s code of conduct
* Availability to travel throughout Ireland to attend events.
* Additional support on Sales/Services when required
* Full clean driving licence.
* Strong PC skills.
