Job Summary

Portfolio are really proud to be working with a fantastic business in the heart of Manchester to recruit an experience CIPD qualified HR professional, this is a position overseeing the full HR function, reviewing policies and procedures across the business. This is a brand new role and a real opportunity to make a difference within a really interesting business. This is a fantastic place to work, and would be an amazing opportunity for a Level 5 or above CIPD qualified HR Manager. This is a chance to be involved in Pay and reward, Diversity and Inclusion, training and development and our client is ideally looking for experience within a Unionised environment.

Key Duties/Tasks:

* Delivering a full generalist HR service to the business
* Overseeing the Pay & reward, Diversity and inclusion and employee relations.
* Managing disciplinary & grievance and complex case management
* Providing a first class HR service across the business

Desirable skills and attributes:

* CIPD Level 5 Qualified and above
* Full generalist HR experience
* Experience with Employee relations and complex case management
