We are currently supporting our Leeds based client to recruit an Interim HR Manager for a fixed term of 18months – this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an exciting company providing generalist advice across the business. This role requires someone to take a proactive position in projects across the HR space. Managing a HR administrator and supported by a HR consultant this is an excellent opportunity and will involve activities across the HR spectrum including recruitment, reward activities , ER and ongoing reviews of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Providing a full Generalist HR support service
* Managing a small HR function, including a HR Administrator and HR Consultant
* Continuous improvement and policy development
* Recruitment activities
* Developing Wellbeing initiatives
* Providing comprehensive ER support to line managers and colleagues

The person:

* Experienced HR Manager
* CIPD qualified
* Generalist HR experience
