Portfolio HR & Reward are excited to be representing our client in their search for an experienced HR Information Systems professional. We are currently working with our globally renowned client to recruit an experienced HR Systems Analyst to manage and maintain the Global HRIS, an exciting opportunity to be involved with the continued development and implementation of the HRIS. An exciting opportunity to be involved in a critical and exciting project in organisational design. WORKDAY is essential to this role

Key responsibilities:

* 3rd party stakeholder management
* Employee relations and query management across the business
* Understanding the various business units and the interaction between systems and functionality
* Driving change throughout the business
* Internal Stakeholder management

The candidate:

* Generalist HR experience, system implementation experience
* Workday Essential
* Experience of working within a large global organisation, workday experience is essential
* Ability to drive change and influence internal stakeholders
* Process re-design and implementation
* Ability to work under pressure
