We are working with a manufacturing company based in Northampton who supply products to the building and construction sector. The company are part of the Keeping Britain Building initiative with 18 sites across the UK and are looking for a HRIS Systems Analyst & HR Process Lead candidate to join them on a permanent basis.

Job responsibilities

Be part of a team 16 within HR reporting directly to the HR Director

Assist with the implementation and rollout of a new HRIS

Will act as the “super-user” connection for all end users

Assist with the configuration and maintenance of the new HRIS

Support delivery of training where necessary

Responsible for developing and maintaining HR reports and data management

Trouble shoot, analyse and detect technical problems

Responsible for the ensuring operating effectiveness

Who you are

Experience of implementing and maintaining a HRIS

Full understanding of HR processes to obtain data and analysis

Proven experience of managing HRIS system performance

Ability to share best practice from a similar environment

Instrumental in ensuring the HRIS is fit for purpose
