Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing new Business Development professional, selling tax insurance plus additional solutions for Accountants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and new business generation. Industry experience is NOT required as full training is provided, but high energy, target focus and a consultative ‘value based’ selling style are a pre-requisite for the job.

Product to promote/sell:

Tax investigation insurance and tax consultancy service. Source and speak to accountant and tax firms and find out how they want to grow and offer them the services Croner taxwise provide. Ideally have sales experience or an entrepreneurial approach.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Inside Sales Executive:

* Generating new business appointments for our BDMs.
* Completing new business sales on the phone.
* Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
* Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.
* Identifying prospects through outbound B2B calling.
* Diary/CRM Management.
* Marketing/Product Capture.
* Developing a successful partnership with the Practice Development Management team.

What you Bring to the Team:

* Confidence in value based/consultative selling.
* Previous Telesales, Sales or Customer Service experience.
* Ability to develop new business relationships over the telephone/email
* Excellent/Clear & professional telephone manner.
* Awareness/Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Good business acumen/ Intelligent & tenacious approach.
