My client is a large organisation who are going through an exciting period of change. You will be leading the process and ensuring the organisation goes through a smooth transition!

This role is perfect for an experienced Hr Business Partner who wants to place their stamp on a fantastic business and can hit the ground running with an exciting opportunity to make a difference.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience with strategic business change.
* Projects: Policy, contracts, organisational structure, TUPE transfers, diversity and well-being).
* Ability to use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change.
* Complex employee relations case management experience.
* Up to date working knowledge and experience of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Experience of managing and delivering HR projects.

Duties:

* Self-aware with the ability to make a positive impact on others.
* Experience as a HR generalist and partnering with management teams to deliver the people agenda for the business.
* A track record of providing expert and timely strategic and operational HR support and advice, including contributing to divisional strategic planning.
* Ability to use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change.
* Complex case management experience.
* Up to date working knowledge and experience of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Experience of managing and delivering HR projects.
* To assist the Hr Manager and the Human Resources team by undertaking proactive and reactive operational HR casework under the direction and guidance of the Hr Manager To ensure that all activity is properly recorded and monitored for equal opportunities purposes.
