Main purpose of role:
* Fulfilling internal recruitment targets for both the UK and North American entities
* The design and delivery of recruitment processes for all internal hires, including candidate attraction, screening, interviewing, feedback and managing candidates throughout the process in a manner which supports and enhances the values of the business
* Building and maintaining a viable pipeline of available and future talent, using LinkedIn and other sources to develop longer term relationships with candidates
* Leading the on-boarding process of new starters

* Writing and placing of adverts
* Use of LinkedIn to attract talent
* Screening and first interviews
* Managing the job offer process and on-boarding of new starters
* Delivering constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants
* Competent MS Office and 365 skills to support the processes and share information with Directors and colleagues
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet objectives in a sometimes fast changing environment
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent written communication, as well as being effective using video calls and telephone calls
Key tasks and responsibilities
* From shortlists, applications and interviews you will be able to identify the skills, competencies, attitudes and behaviours appropriate to the vacancy
* To bring suitable candidates to the attention of the Directors in a timely fashion
* Provide a great candidate experience throughout the whole process, supporting and enhancing business values
* Actively identify and attract candidates through targeted efforts, utilising established social media and job boards
* Deal swiftly with candidate questions throughout the application process
* Undertake a review of the business case for developing relationships with universities to enable and develop a graduate recruitment scheme
* Meet hiring objectives within agreed time frames with accuracy and professionalism

Essential requirements and attributes
* A thorough understanding and appreciation of all relevant employment law, specifically relating to all aspects of candidate attraction, recruitment and selection, as well as managing the on-boarding processes for new starters
* Working with the Directors to ensure all aspects of the recruitment and on-boarding processes support our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and that the business attracts talent from the full spectrum of society
* Desirable requirements
* The ideal candidate will have some prior professional experience within HR and/ or recruitment
* Ideal candidate will have relevant professional HR certification such as CIPD or similar
* Previous experience of working with graduate recruitment schemes
