Our client is a global consultancy who are seeking an experience Payroll Team Leader to join them on a permanent, full time basis. This role will report into the Payroll & Benefits Manager and will have 1 direct report.

The International Payroll and Benefits Lead will take responsibility for the International Payroll and Benefits team in conjunction with accountability for the International payroll processing and international benefits administration. This role will also involve global mobility tasks and the relocation process for expats.

Other duties include being responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department. This position will have a strong focus on payroll projects and implementations, having full responsibility for the project life cycle.

This position will be temporarily remote and long term will be a combination of remote and office working.

The successful candidate will have previous international payroll and benefits experience, as well as people management experience within a payroll environment. Exposure to payroll projects/implementations is highly desirable.
