A global technology business are recruiting for an International Payroll & Benefits Manager to join them on a permanent basis – this role will report directly into senior management & have responsibility for a small team.

As International Payroll & Benefits Manager you will ensure that the UK payroll is processed accurately and HMRC submissions are made correctly; you will also be responsible for the coordination of a number of international payrolls. The International Payroll & Benefits Manager will lead on all benefit administration – including all renewals, negotiation of new benefits, and dealing with benefit queries.

Part of this role will also be to lead on a payroll system implementation project, working with the wider business (domestically and internationally) to roll this out.
