Job Overview

As a Partnership Marketing Executive you will play integral role in growing Partnerships which aligns with our vision, strategy & growth plans. The ideal candidate will have the desire to work in a supportive environment where a motivated & driven personality will succeed. They should strive to continually improve results and be able to thrive in a friendly working environment with a desire to share new ideas and work hard towards common goals. We’re looking for a hard-working and self-motivated person to support Head of Partnership to drive and deliver the key responsibilities across our group companies to prospects and clients. Our chosen Candidate will receive a formal defined career path and training to support their growth and development

Key Responsibilities as Partnership Marketing Executive:

* Engagement with Partners and Internal stakeholders.
* Using CRM Salesforce to extract data to produce monthly MI Engagement reports for all partners.
* Assisting & liaising with our finance, analyst teams to ensure quarterly commission statements are accurately produced and sent to partners.
* Working alongside events team to ensure partners have the visibility & the necessary support to drive engagement with their respective members /clients to increase registration / attendance for our events.
* Liaising with Marketing team to produce copy and assets to support partner campaign activity including creation of partnership landing pages.
* Internal organisation of Partner tool kit for effective Partner onboarding.
* Implementation of effective management process to underpin Partner growth strategy.
* Adopt best practice quality control process to drive output quality.
* Registering inbound lead data into Salesforce for follow up and performance reporting

What you bring to the team

* Great relationship building
* Articulate telephone skills.
* Experience in B2B Partnerships.
* Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Marketing experience is highly desired.
* Experience using Marketo desired- or any other marketing automation software.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM software system.
* Analytical and detail orientated.
* Excellent time management, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
