Our client based in Whitchurch, Shropshire are looking to recruit an experienced Part time Payroll Administrator on an initial 6 month contract basis. This role is office based for the duration of the contract.
You will be contracted to 25 hours per week with flexibility to structure the hours as you wish, providing key payroll deadlines are met.
You will join a small payroll team responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of the companies monthly UK payroll of 150 employees and weekly payroll of 250 employees from start to finish.
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience processing in house payrolls from start to finish. You should have a good understanding of UK PAYE legislation and a good understanding of how to calculate deductions such overpayments, maternity, sickness payments, Tax and National Insurance.
