Currently seeking a part time payroll administrator to assist the payroll team with collating the payroll data for all the monthly employees.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

* Assisting with the payroll administration for all monthly paid employees.
* Manage and checking payroll data as and when received.
* Dealing with payroll expenses and claims
* Dealing with payroll queries.

Person Specification/ Experience:

* Good numeracy skills
* Good literacy skills
* Excel skills
* Good IT skills

This role will be 18.5 hours per week – This will be flexible across the week, but candidates are required to work on a Tuesday. Candidates will be entitled to 29 days annual leave (pro rata) and enrolled onto the local government pension scheme.
