My client, a chartered accountancy based in Frome are currently looking for a part time payroll administrator to take control of the client payroll and any other duties as and when required.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
* Processing client payroll for approx 70 small to medium clients
* Processing Auto Enrolment pension contributions and assessing employee eligibility;
* Preparing pension files and uploading to a range of pension providers;
* Preparing bank payment files and processing payments;
* Producing documents including summary reports and payroll journals;
* Issuing documents for employees including payslips and P45 forms; and
* Dealing with enquiries from clients, their employees and HMRC.
* Experience with client payroll is essential whether from a bureau or practice background.
* The ability to work in a sole role
* Experience with Moorepay is advantageous
* Manual calculations
* Good Customer service skills.
