Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated, highly organised Partnerships Manager to build and drive the on-going growth of our Partnership Channel.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeting, outreaching, pitching, onboarding, and developing partner relationship, maximizing revenue opportunities and channel performance in the process.

Strong organisational, strategic and communication skills will be required to attract new partners, motivate, and optimise performance from existing partners and to coordinate effectively with our internal marketing, finance and sales teams driving growth from our Partner channel throughout.

Experience within a fast paced, ambitious commercial environment and experience within the SaaS space major benefits to this role.

Day-to-day responsibilities

* Owning the performance of our Partnership channel
* Planning and forecasting Partner performance
* Liaising with marketing functions to deliver support materials and assets
* Liaising with sales and operational teams to maximize revenue opportunity and performance from the channel
* Pro-actively identify, approach, and recruit new Partnerships
* Report on progress, performance, and opportunities across our Partnerships
* Negotiate commission splits, co-marketing activities and commitments
* Continuously seek new opportunities to engage with partners optimising performance and business growth

* Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
* Articulate, with good business acumen and a professional manner
* Organised with the ability to manage own workload daily
* Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
* Able to make quick decisions to support key stakeholders and adopt a mind-set to help ensure we hit sales performance targets
* Focused and driven to help develop and grow the BrightHR Partner revenue stream
