My client is a security firm in Leeds. In this role, you would be working as part of the Payroll or Pension team. Our client is looking for a bright and analytical person to train as a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll as part of a team.


Training to do:

* Training provided
* Monthly payroll.
* Manual Calculations.
* Setting up new starters and processing leavers.
* Handling all pay queries.
* Inputting working hours and deductions to the system.
* P45’s,P60’s, P11d’s.
* HMRC & RTI submissions.


* Willing to learn and develop.
* Analytical
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of payroll legislation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good systems skills including MS Excel.


* 25 days + banks.
* Pension
