We are currently recruiting for a professional services client based in London. Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to work within a small team processing payroll for several employees. This is a 12-month FTC with the potential to go permanent.
This role is working remotely currently with the view for flexible working on return to the office.
The position will be responsible for processing a UK payroll whilst assisting with the overseas payroll experience EMEA payrolls monthly using ADP.
Other duties include statuary calculations, processing starters and leavers, monthly BACS payments and dealing with payroll queries. German or French speaking candidates would be advantageous although not essential.
Working hours are 9:30 – 18:00 Monday – Friday.
The successful candidate will have great experience processing payroll within a professional services environment and UK statuary knowledge and ideally knowledge of EMEA and ADP.
This role offers a competitive starting salary alongside 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. As this is a FTC initially the candidate will not be entitle to full time benefits, however they will receive a benefit in lieu payment which is pro-rated for the 12 month period.
