A leading retail client are looking to recruit an experienced end to end Payroll Administrator to join the team ASAP.
They are offering a hybrid model, 3 days onsite/2 days WFH with flexibility on the days.
Job Brief:
* Interim temporary payroll administrator needed fill a gap in our structure while we recruit (using our direct recruitment model) a permanent replacement for a team member who has resigned; the incumbent leaves the business on 26th September.
* We use ADP Freedom payroll and Cascade for HR; experience of these systems desirable not essential – but someone who can hit the ground running
* Vertically integrated business; payroll covers employees in all aspects of the business (Operations, Commercial and Central Functions)
* 1 payroll processed monthly, circa 2,000 ee’s comprising a combination of hourly paid by timesheet in arrears, and calendar monthly salaried ee’s.
* Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager (Louise) and working alongside one other Payroll Administrator.
* 1 qualifying AE pension scheme (the People’s Pension) – not essential
* Intermediate or above excel skills essential
