Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Job Salary: £14 - £16 Per Hour
Due to continuous growth an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a Global brand based in Salford for an 18-month contract.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will join an existing team of 6 and will be responsible for the start to finish processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
* Setting up starters and processing leavers
* Maintaining and updating all payroll data
* Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP and salary sacrifices
* Pension administration
* Manual calculations
* Month end payroll reconciliations
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Pensions experience is desirable
* CIPP qualified desirable
* Up to data knowledge of current legislation and GDPR regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
* Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPS/Pivot Tables)
* Previous use of ResourceLink desirable
