There is an urgent requirement for a Payroll Administrator join an amazing prestigious Charity based in East Molesy! Working very closely with the Payroll Manager, the chosen candidate will be overseeing a high volume, multi frequency payroll from start to end ensuring calculations and deductions are calculated correctly and promptly meeting strict deadlines.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Supporting monthly Payroll Reconciliations along with any journal entry required.
* To liaise with Finance and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis
* Overseeing sickness, processing holiday, sickness, and maternity pay
* Setting up rotas
* Support in Year End Audit reconciliations
