There is an urgent requirement for a Payroll Administrator join a well-known and reputable manufacturing business based in Brackley. Working in a team of 4 and reporting to the Payroll Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the monthly and fortnightly payroll of 6500 employees. The payroll will be from start to finish and ensuring calculations and deductions are calculated correctly and promptly meeting deadlines.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Ensuring that all employees’ salaries, wages, allowances and deductions are accurate
* Processing of new starters, leavers and changes to pay each period
* Understand and calculate statutory payments
* Liaise with pension providers with regards employee pension entitlements
The right candidate will have strong communication skills with solid payroll administration experience.
